Job Description

Qualification: Bachelor s degree in computer science / engineering with at least first class or a master s degree/ Certifications in Business Analytics.

Required Skill Set: Has basic experience in Client and Vendor management. Preference for Insurance domain knowledge and worked in AGILE/SCRUM environments in IT Sector. Attention to detail. Good typing skills, significant prior experience with usage of MSOffice, Internet & E-mail. Advance skill set in MS Excel is Mandatory.

Job Responsibilities

Ownership of processes and client deliverables

Regular communication with client stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

Client interaction and involved in end-to-end SDLC

Take responsibility for team s SLAs

Preparing and sending reports to internal / external stake holders

Build Excel models using complex excel formulas

Resolution of queries through interaction with on-site team

Generation of reporting & analytics for use in future decision-making

Providing process training to new joiners / resolving process-related questions, working in sync with Lead Trainer / Training team

Involvement in detailed quality checks and ensuring that output is passed back to training seamlessly

Timely preparation of SOPs

Desired Profile: Freshers or less than 2 years experience as Business Analyst in Insurance Domain. No gaps either during education or between jobs. Well-versed with usage of MSOffice - especially MS Excel and good knowledge of AGILE/SCRUM environments. He/she should have attention to detail and the initiative, drive and motivation to work for a young organization and grow with it.
