Analytics Team Lead

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our Data Analytics department as a Team Leader. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in data analytics and a proven track record of leading successful teams. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of data analysts and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of data-driven insights to support business decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of data analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high-quality work output.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into data analytics projects.

- Develop and implement data analytics strategies, methodologies, and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the team.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster their professional growth.

- Monitor and track team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and take necessary actions to address any performance gaps.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and provide recommendations for process improvements and technology enhancements.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations and maintain data integrity throughout the analytics process.

- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as data science, statistics, or computer science.

- 4 to 7 years of experience in data analytics, with a strong understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization techniques.

- Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Tableau.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.

- Knowledge of data governance and data management principles.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
