Summary :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our Digital Marketing department. The ideal candidate will have at least 6-8 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their creativity and expertise in creating visually appealing designs for digital marketing campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage team of graphic designers

- Create engaging and visually appealing designs for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email newsletters, website banners, and more

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with the brand's messaging and goals

- Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure our designs are cutting-edge and effective

- Work closely with other team members, including copywriters and web developers, to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand image across all marketing materials

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on digital marketing

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
