Senior Student Recruitment Manager - USA Education Specialist)

IHM Australia, a leading independent Higher Education provider, is seeking an accomplished Senior Student Recruitment Manager for our new School of American Education. This pivotal leadership role is based in our India office working closely with Head of School and Head of Marketing based in Australia (Head Office), on daily basis.

About the Role:

As a senior leader, you will spearhead our strategic initiatives to recruit high-caliber international students from India for our innovative Master's program in partnership with Arizona State University, USA. Your extensive experience in US education recruitment will be crucial in establishing IHM Australia as a premier pathway for Indian students pursuing American higher education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven recruitment strategies aligned with IHM Australia's growth objectives
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment officers, fostering a high- performance culture
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including US universities, Indian educational institutions, and government bodies
• Represent IHM Australia at high-level conferences, education summits, and diplomatic events
• Provide expert guidance on US education trends, visa policies, and market dynamics to senior management
• Oversee the development of marketing materials and digital campaigns tailored for the Indian market
• Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform strategic decisions
• Set and achieve ambitious recruitment targets, with a focus on quality and diversity of student intake

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in USA student recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
• Proven track record of significantly growing international student enrollment for US institutions
• Extensive network within the US higher education sector and Indian education landscape
• Demonstrated experience in successfully launching new educational programs or entering new markets
• Strong understanding of the regulatory environment for international education in both India and the USA
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Master's degree from a US institution preferred; Bachelor's degree required

Required Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of various US university systems, including public, private, and Ivy League institutions
• Expertise in US admissions processes, including holistic review methods and application requirements
• Comprehensive understanding of F-1 visa regulations, SEVIS compliance, and recent policy changes affecting international students
• Proficiency in data analytics and CRM systems used in higher education recruitment
• Familiarity with US accreditation bodies and the impact of accreditation on student opportunities
• Up-to-date knowledge of OPT, STEM OPT, and H-1B visa pathways for international students post-graduation.
