Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Research Associate to support our PR and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for market research, public relations, and strategic planning. This role is critical in helping us identify market opportunities, analyze industry trends, and shape our brand positioning in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights.
• Identify key opportunities and challenges in the industry to inform Public Relations (PR) and Go to Market (GTM) strategies.
• Track and report on competitor activities, industry developments, and relevant news.

• Go-to-Market Strategy Support:
• Assist in the development of GTM plans for product launches, including positioning, messaging, and targeting strategies.
• Monitor performance of GTM efforts and recommend adjustments based on data-driven insights.

• Public Relations & Communications:
• Help develop PR strategies to build brand awareness and reputation.
• Identify and engage with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers to amplify brand messaging.
• Draft press releases, media kits, and other PR-related materials.

• Data Collection & Reporting:
• Gather and analyze data from surveys, focus groups, and external sources to support strategic decision-making.
• Create comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDBM in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing research, PR, or strategy-related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data collection and market analysis.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with experience in creating PR content a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and market research platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of go-to-market frameworks and product marketing strategies.
• Experience working in startups or high-growth environments.
• PR agency experience or strong media relations network is a plus.
