ERPnext Functional Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Functional Consultant with at least 2 years of experience in ERP implementation, business process mapping, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in understanding client requirements, configuring ERPNext modules, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Gathering: Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
2. ERP Implementation: Configure and implement ERPNext modules, ensuring alignment with client business processes.
3. Process Mapping: Map client business processes to ERPNext features, suggesting optimizations where necessary.
4. Client Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective adoption of ERP systems.
5. Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation for business processes, configurations, and client requirements.
6. Support: Provide functional support during UAT, post-implementation, and ongoing maintenance phases.
7. Collaboration: Work with technical consultants and developers to design custom solutions when required.
8. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and project timelines.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in ERP implementation (ERPNext experience is highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of business processes across industries (e.g., manufacturing, finance, trading, or services).
• Hands-on experience with ERPNext configuration and modules like CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, or HR.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to document business requirements and functional specifications.
• Proficiency in training and guiding end-users.
