Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Operations & Project Manager to lead and optimize our operational activities, ensuring the seamless functioning of business processes.
- The ideal candidate will have significant Digital Marketing agency experience and a strong background in operations management, specifically in overseeing day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead Operations: Oversee and streamline all operational activities, including project planning, resource allocation, and team coordination.
- End-to-End Project Management: Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
- Experience in Digital Marketing Agency: Hands-on experience managing end-to-end operations across multiple teams in a digital marketing environment.
- Client-Facing Operations: Ensure client satisfaction through strong relationships and meeting project requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement processes to enhance productivity and profitability.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with creative, marketing, account management, and HR teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor Performance: Track KPIs, deadlines, and budgets to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Operational Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to support agency growth and operational excellence.
- Resource Allocation: Ensure effective use of resources to meet goals and deadlines.
- Budget Management: Manage the operational budget for cost-effective resource allocation.
- Risk Management: Mitigate risks related to resources, project delays, or client concerns.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years in operations or project management in a Digital Marketing agency.
- Ability to manage all aspects of operations, from strategy to delivery.
- Experience with tools and methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Capable of leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration.
- Skilled in identifying inefficiencies and implementing productivity-enhancing solutions.
- Experience managing budgets, optimizing resources, and controlling costs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Digital Tools: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira), and analytics platforms.
