Role Overview:

ShipGlobal is looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in logistics or related industries. The role focuses on generating new business leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through phone and email communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and email campaigns.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their logistics needs and offering suitable solutions.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue for the company.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of ShipGlobals services and offerings to effectively present them to prospective clients.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Actively listen to customers to understand their specific needs and recommend appropriate services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in logistics, shipping, or related industries.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and close deals.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone and email.
  • Customer Focus: A passion for understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales software.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Self-motivated: A proactive approach to driving sales and achieving goals with minimal supervision.
