Inside Sales Executives

Key Objectives:

1. Outstanding Case Management:
• The executives will focus on smaller outstanding cases, allowing us to transition them online without the need for continuous field staff movement.
2. Renewal Streamlining:
• They will handle calls for all pending renewals, ensuring a more systematic and timely process.
3. SIP Revenue Growth:
• The plan is to generate SIP Digital and SIP Recorded Class leads from schools via field staff. These leads will be handled by the Inside Sales Executives, driving conversions in schools reluctant to integrate SIP programs.

• Preferred Candidates: Female, with a minimum of 2 years experience in EdTech retail sales.
• Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to new and existing prospects, following up to achieve sales targets.
• Engage prospects through calls, online demos, emails, and chats, providing a compelling experience.
• Drive impactful discussions to ensure enrollment and program adoption.
• Utilize data-driven sales management techniques and CRM tools to manage the sales funnel effectively.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience in B2C sales with a strong track record of achievements.
• Knowledge of Dialer Operations and CRM Management.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
