About the team:

Our dynamic collections team plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining client accounts, ensuring timely payments, and fostering strong business relationships. We focus on delivering high-quality service while driving continuous process improvements.

What you will bring / Required Skills:

• 0-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Graduate in B.Com or similar degree.
• Required good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Excellent communication, Analytical and collaboration skills.
• Interpersonal skills and Positive attitude.
• Commitment to quality work.
• Willingness to learn and work.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll do / Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proactively follow up on outstanding payments, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate records of collections activities.
• Analyze account trends to identify payment risks and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve cash flow and minimize aged receivables

• This role is shift based role with the following timings - 1 PM to 10 PM / 5 PM to 2 AM / 7 PM to 4 AM and eligible for shift allowance.
