About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and account management within the graphic designing, branding, or creative services industry. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our corporate clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients for graphic design, branding, and creative solutions.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in organizations to ensure repeat business.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate leads through networking, industry events, and digital outreach, converting them into long-term partnerships.
• Market Analysis: Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide valuable insights for business growth.
• Proposal & Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
• Negotiation & Closing: Manage contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and closing deals efficiently.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design and marketing teams to align creative solutions with client expectations.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and provide periodic reports on sales progress.

Key Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in a graphic designing, creative agency, branding, or digital marketing environment.
• Strong B2B sales and client acquisition skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Strong network and industry connections in corporate sales.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience working with graphic design, branding, advertising, or creative services.
