Job Description

  • Assist with the coordination and execution of sales activities, including prospecting, lead qualification, and proposal development.
  • Conduct in-depth client research.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to prepare client presentations, proposals, and statements of work (SOWs) tailored to meet client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in various systems.
  • Project management of client presentations to ensure timely review, design standards, and consistency throughout.
  • Ensure all client artifacts and client materials are documented and accessible.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Assist with project documentation, including status reports, research, and project plans.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics, including pipeline development, revenue forecasts, and win rates.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales trends, client preferences, and market dynamics.
  • Support sales managers in identifying opportunities for improvement and developing strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and consulting, to implement best practices and optimize workflows.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies to support strategic decision-making.
What You Bring To The Table
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, client services, or project coordination within an enterprise consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce); project management tools a plus (e.g. Asana, Confluence)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with sales and technical leaders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results and continuously improving processes.
