Engineer - Technical

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for Technical support to Channel and Direct business Products like VFD PLC, HMI, Servo, and servo motor.
• Should have handled OEMs, End users, and Consultants.
• Good knowledge of Control Systems, Industrial Control Components, Mechanical parts, and Product Management.
• Must have Better knowledge of Motion Control and Servo Motors, PIMM servo drives, PIMM Controllers, and GP Servo Drives.
• Enable customers with technical and application information to utilize the products to their fullest capability and specification.
• Support sales to Develop and conduct potential and existing customer presentations to attract new business.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication / Presentation Skills
• Result-oriented Team member.
• Good knowledge of the industrial market
• Customers / Channel rapport & coordination with Head office
• Ability to manage local customer support needs.
• High level of expertise and knowledge in project fundamentals (Communication, Analytical, problem-solving, account management, Product/Application Enhancement), Customer Training and Documentation, and CRM.
• Strong communication / Presentation Skills folio for 2 - 3 years minimum.
