Position: Tier 3 - Palo Alto Engineer

Required Qualifications:

1. 8+ years of IT experience with minimum 3-5 years focused on Palo Alto Networks technologies in enterprise environments
2. Expert-level knowledge of PAN-OS, including security policy design, threat prevention, VPN configurations, and high-availability setups
3. Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), NAT, and VLANs
4. Proven experience in:
• Security incident response and troubleshooting
• Integration with Active Directory, SIEM, and cloud platforms
• Log analysis and performance optimization
5. Advanced troubleshooting skills with demonstrated ability to handle complex security issues and perform root cause analysis
6. Experience with Panorama management, security automation, and API integration
7. Working knowledge of public cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and compliance frameworks (PCI, HIPAA, SOX)
8. PCNSE (Palo Alto Networks Certified Security Engineer) certification will be an added value

Preferred:

• Experience with Prisma Access and Cortex XDR
• Scripting abilities (Python, Ansible)
