Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Senior Customer Support -

Relationship Manager to join our special team working directly under the supervision of CEO Peyush Bansal. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take end-to-end responsibility for customer service queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing personalized support.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and address issues proactively.
  • Monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Support the RM project initiated by Peyush Bansal, aligning with company objectives and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to engage and empathize with customers.
  • Demonstrated customer-centric approach with a focus on problem-solving and satisfaction.
  • Proven experience in a customer support or relationship management role.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Age Criteria:

Candidates up to 35 years of age are encouraged to apply.

Other Details: Working days: 5.5 days working with alternate 2 days off in a week

Location: Okhla
