Head Sales & Business Development

Role & responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Actively pursue leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings for The Zora.
• Create attractive event packages to cater to different client needs, maintaining the luxury standards of The Zora.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

• Build a strong network of corporate clients, wedding planners, event organizers, and other stakeholders.
• Foster long-term relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct site visits and provide detailed presentations to showcase The Zora as the premier venue choice.

Strategic Planning & Market Analysis:

• Identify new market segments and business opportunities.
• Stay updated on competitors, industry trends, and client expectations in the Delhi luxury events market.
• Develop creative strategies to capture high-end clientele.

Collaboration with Event Teams:

• Work closely with the operations, catering, and decoration teams to ensure client needs are met with precision.
• Provide clear and detailed event briefs to ensure flawless execution.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in luxury banquet or hospitality sales
• Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive under pressure to meet sales targets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of event planning and execution
