Job description of Center Head (Location: Prominent cities in Bihar)

• Monitoring and managing operational activities of the venue to achieve assigned objectives as per timeline.
• Review and ensure 100% preparedness of the venue for flawless delivery.
• Review and ensure proper policy compliance.
• Reviewing and reporting to daily risks land issues, land performance parameters.
• Reviewing measures to achieve 100% process adherence.
• Attending briefing sessions to take download down the compliance and project related information, parameters as per the schedule.
• Resolve operational and other technical issues at the venue with the guidance from Concerned teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain communication with all relevant teams on a regular basis prior to, during and post exams.
• Manage the planning and delivery of effective and sustainable operations as per requirement.
• Ensure the delivery is in line with key performance indicators, security policies, governance requirements and customer expectations.
• Monitor support and guide team members on the ground to ensure compliance to all requirements.
• Manage your risk for all the services at the venue on an ongoing basis, giving early insight into any issue and the actions being taken to mitigate the risk of issues. Ensure that all services delivery is within and compliant with relevant regulatory frameworks and contract requirements.
• During the exam be present at Venue and following the instruction to conduct different tasks assigned like document collection document scanning and document packing, carrying of stationery to labs if instructed.
• Zero errors in providing relevant information to candidates during entries, exit, document collection, scanning, sequential arrangement of documents, movement of packages or stationery to designated areas.
• Zero involvement of volunteer directly or indirectly in any unfair means
• Remain vigilant during candidates’ entry process to avoid impersonation. No unauthorized candidate to enter the exam lab.
• Shuffling within different exam venues with city and deployed as per policy.
