Innovatise - Technical Lead - Full Stack Development (8-12 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Lead to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of talented engineers while actively contributing to the technical direction of our products.

You should have at least 8 plus years of experience.

Technical Expertise :

- Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel (solid experience).

- Experience with Vue.js or other modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Experience with Hybrid (mobile) app development.

- Expertise in working with Linux-based servers.

- Proficiency in MySQL.

- Experience with any NoSQL database like MongoDB or PostgreSQL (a plus).

- Problem-Solving and Learning Ability :

a. Solution-oriented with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.

b. Proven experience in guiding teams and planning architectures.

- Strong Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for a remote role.

- Team Management Experience : Proven experience in successfully managing and mentoring engineering teams regardless of team size.

- Team Player Attitude : Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to different roles as needed
