We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales for AV, Voice, Video, Data, Networking, Cybersecurity, and Surveillance solutions. The role involves developing new business opportunities, expanding market reach, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs, local partners, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue & Margin Ownership - Achieve sales targets (revenue & margin) for assigned territories/accounts.
- Market Expansion & Business Development - Identify new markets, growth areas, trends, and partnerships to expand customer reach.
- Strategic Account Management - Build and manage relationships with enterprise customers, OEMs, and channel partners.
- Sales Presentations & Customer Engagement - Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with senior decision-makers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Service, Operations) to execute and deliver sales orders.
- IT Infrastructure Expertise - Provide consultative sales expertise across Networking, Collaboration, Cybersecurity, and Automation.
- Business Reporting & Forecasting - Track sales performance and provide strategic insights for business planning.
Key Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience in Enterprise Sales across AV, Voice, Video, Data, Networking, Cybersecurity, or Surveillance solutions.
- Strong network and relationship-building skills with senior decision-makers.
- Ability to quickly grasp technical products & solutions and translate them into business value.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A self-starter with a target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel frequently to engage with clients and drive business growth.
