Job Description
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Drive sales performance through continuous coaching, training, and performance monitoring.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales processes and increase revenue.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and to drive performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process and excellent customer experience.
- Report sales performance to senior management and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure team compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the point of escalation for client or customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and motivating work environment for the team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing, coaching, and driving a sales team to success.
- Experience in BPO/KPO industry is a must .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational day and evening shifts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using sales tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with inbound and outbound sales processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
