We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to oversee and support our Inside sales Team by monitoring metrics and collaborate with various professionals to meet the given targets.
Responsibilities
Handle Inside Sales Processes both internal and outsourced
Developing sales strategies and setting targets
Suggest and implement improvements in the inside sales process
Report on sales metrics and develop improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts
Innovative measures to effectively meet the targets.
Derive meaningful data and streamline the process using CRM softwares.
Monitoring your team s performance and motivating them to reach targets
Compiling and analysing sales figures, ensuring development and revenue growth
Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
Researching prospective accounts in target markets
Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
Required Skills
Proven work experience of 2-3 years in the relevant field.
Prior experience of running a Sales project and heading an Inside Sales team is a mandate.
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
In-depth understanding of the Inside sales process
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a dynamic environment
Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
