About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented apprentice to support our Human Resources (HR) department in data management and operations

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about building a career in HR, data analysis, and organizational efficiency

As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience and exposure to operations, tools, and processes within a dynamic work environment

A Day in the Life

Maintain and update HR databases using advanced Excel functionalities (e

g

, formulas, pivot tables, data validation)

Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all records and systems

Generate and analyze reports using Excel to provide actionable insights on HR metrics

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and data hygiene

Help in document management, policy updates, and communication distribution

Assist in HR-related projects, including system implementations or process optimizations

Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables

What You Need

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources, or related field

Of batch 2020,2021, 2022 2023 and 2024 on

Must be available for apprenticeship tenure of minimum 1 year

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit and Google

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
