Roles and Responsibilities

• Research, write, self-edit high-quality thought leadership content assets on the latest technology trends aligning with industry developments including (Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML, DevOps, and Digital Engineering)
• Work closely with C-Level executives to create POVs/Thought Leadership content (Technology Events/Partner Summits/Industry seminars etc)
• Create technology-based content assets to drive leads, brand awareness, and engagement (case studies, Thought Leadership assets (Whitepapers/Collaterals/blogs), brochures, Capability pitches/POVs, Web content, and external campaigns.
• Collaborate with solution architects and subject matter experts to document complex technical solutions.
• Liaise with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams as well as other Innova Teams dispersed across geographies to develop compelling content.
• Ensure consistency and compliance with Innova voice and messaging across all content, verifying accuracy, relevance, quality, and purpose
• Analyze and optimize content performance using analytics reports for different platforms

Qualifications/Required Skills/Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Proficient in industry-accepted technical writing tools/platforms (FrameMaker, Madcap Flare, Document 360)
• Extensive portfolio demonstrating published content in technology publications or journals on latest Technology trends across different content formats
• Experience working with global technology services organizations
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Flair for extensive research, curiosity, passion for customers and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to turn complex concepts into engaging, easy to understand content
• Ability to connect, communicate, and coordinate single-handedly with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements and utilize them to develop web pages, blogs, whitepapers, and case studies

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry certifications in relevant technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Domain-related writing experience (BFS/ Healthcare/ Media/Telecom/Retail/Manufacturing etc.)
• Knowledge of UX writing and information architecture
• Experience working in global delivery models
• Should be able to share ideas, solve business problems and come up with alternate solutions in case of any roadblocks
