Java Backend Consultant - Spring Frameworks (5-8 yrs)

About the Role:

- We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Java Backend Consultants to join our dynamic team.

- As a Senior Java Backend Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable Java-based applications for our clients.

- You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement complex Java applications using Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA).

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Integrate applications with various data sources (databases, message queues, etc.

- Ensure the performance, scalability, and maintainability of Java applications.

- Design, develop, and maintain database schemas and perform data modeling.

- Write and optimize complex SQL queries.

- Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

- Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems.

- Basic system administration tasks (e.g., user management, file system management).

- Experience with deployment and deployment automation tools.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

- Collaborate effectively with clients, project managers, and other team members.

- Adhere to Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies.

- Explore and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and solution quality.

Qualifications:

Essential:

- 5-8 years of professional experience in Java development.

- Strong proficiency in Java, including Core Java, J2EE, and Object-Oriented Programming.

- Hands-on experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA).

- Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
