Provide support and assist in adaptive enhancements, software updates, and technical improvements
Diagnose and resolve moderately complex issues related to Oracle Diagnostics Pack, Tuning Pack, and Real Application Clusters
Collaborate with Level 1 support to resolve customer queries efficiently
Document resolutions and contribute to the knowledge base for continuous improvement
Qualifications:Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) - Oracle DBA is mandatory
Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
4-7 years of experience in database management and technical support
Proficiency in Oracle Diagnostics Pack, Oracle Tuning Pack, and Oracle Real Application Clusters, Oracle Database Enterprise Edition and Oracle Golden Gate
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong understanding of GIS DB Server environments
Ability to work across multiple locations (onsite/online support)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
