Strategy & Operations Consultant - Primary or Secondary Research - Risk Management & Consulting Services (4-12 yrs)

BETWEEN 3-7 YEARS' OVERALL EXPERIENCE / EXPERIENCE IN GROWTH STRATEGY, PRIMARY OR SECONDARY MARKET RESEARCH, & OPERATIONAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Strategy and Operations Consultant position functions as a part of a team that executes growth strategy and operational improvement projects as a part of the Organisations Internal Consulting group.

This role will have dual responsibility:

- Support emerging technology, market research, emerging trends, and recommendations to enhance the Organisations capabilities, would also prepare briefings and reports for the Organisations senior leadership team.

- Contribute to high-value consulting projects focused on areas such as operational improvement and growth strategy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct research and analysis on emerging technologies (AI, Insurtech, and others), markets, industries, and competitors to inform strategic decisions.

- Synthesize large volumes of data from multiple sources (market reports, financial statements, interviews, public filings, funding etc.) into actionable insights and management level updates/reports.

- Execute priority projects for the Organisation in areas such as technology enablement, enhancing business efficiency and effectiveness, and growth strategy initiatives.

- Develop business cases, requirements, and performance metrics.

- Support the change management process and the implementation of project recommendations.

REQUIRED:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance or related field.

- Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.

- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills and good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and in written.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited guidance.
