Sr. Sales Executive - International BPO/Business Development

Role & responsibilities

• Proactively generate high-quality leads through various channels, including cold calling, cold emailing, networking, for the US/APAC/EU region
• Research target clients, trending industry and accordingly plan and execute campaigns
• Conduct targeted cold calls and email campaigns to introduce our company and products to potential clients.
• Manage leads throughout the process from identification to qualification while maintaining high touchpoint connection with potential clients
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the life sciences industry, including key players, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of biological concepts and terminology to effectively communicate with potential clients and internal stakeholders.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate product benefits, address clientele concerns, and build strong relationships.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.
• MBA or equivalent business degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of proven track record of success in a BPO sales role, preferably within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
• Highly research oriented and persistent in their approach
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales Hubspot, etc.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing market and customer needs.
