Business Development Manager - IT Consulting

The BDM will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT consulting, focusing on healthcare, banking, and telecom sectors. The role requires a proactive approach to client acquisition, sales strategy development, and market analysis to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Development:

• Identify potential clients in healthcare, banking, and telecom industries.
• Develop customized IT consulting solutions based on client needs.

2. Sales Strategy:

• Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve business revenue targets.
• Create proposals and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the value of Innomax ITs services.

3. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

4. Collaboration:

• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Provide feedback to product development teams to refine service offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT consulting sales, with a strong network in the target sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of IT solutions, including Cloud, BI & Analytics, and Mobility platforms.
