We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4-7 years of experience in the job market context of India. We are looking for someone who has passed out from any of India's Top Educational Institution (Tier 1 Institutions only).

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to increase the company's revenue and market share.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Create and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Generate leads and convert them into clients sometimes .
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
• Achieve sales targets and goals.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in business development, End-end Sales in context of IT services Selling .
• MBA from Prestigious Universities
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with Cross Functional Teams in context of End to End sales , example Pricing and Finance teams .
• Must have client facing experience .
• Experience with Requirement Gathering, Legal and Consulting .
