What you’ll be doing:

As a Language Specialist on our Gen AI team, you will be joining a truly global team of subject matter experts across a wide variety of disciplines and AI engineers and will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities. This will include:

• Creating training data sets for AI models that will help improve their relevance, accuracy, fluency, coherence and/or voice
• Annotating data to help AI models align with human values
• Analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventions
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers, to refine and iterate data sets
• Contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes
• Navigating a dynamic environment and adapting to shifting guidelines and flexible priorities
• Achieving target KPIs, including daily job count and average handle time per job, within specified data production windows.

What we need you to bring:

• Advanced degree in English, Social Sciences, STEM, or Humanities
• C1 Conversational and written English
• Deep knowledge of music, theater, film, television, and other culture.
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
• Ability to edit and improve written communication across a wide variety of fields
• Creative thinker
• Strong attention to detail
• Well-honed internet research skills
• Ability to embrace diverse teams
• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with the agility to adjust to evolving guidelines and fluid priorities
• Ability to apply new concepts, learn new skills, and be intellectually flexible.

NOTE- It is going to be Contractual role of 3 months.
