- We are seeking a results-driven Staffing Partner Acquisition Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in staffing and recruitment, with a strong focus on building and managing relationships with staffing partners/recruitment partners.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to attract top-tier freelance talent and identifying reliable staffing partners to meet the company's on-demand recruitment needs.
- This role involves contract negotiation, compliance management, and building long-term relationships to ensure quality service delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring timely recruitment across various domains, working closely with department leads to anticipate project requirements, and creating a robust pipeline of staffing partners .
- You'll be responsible for managing contracts, negotiations, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and market standards. Offering the chance to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard potential staffing partners (on-demand / crowdsourcing) that align with the company's recruitment goals and business needs.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new staffing partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and optimal service delivery.. Impeccable communication skills is must.
- Lead negotiations with staffing agencies and vendors, ensuring favourable terms and smooth contract execution.
- Proven ability to negotiate rates, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with labour laws and market standards
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on staffing trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market needs
- Work closely with recruitment, HR, and operations teams to understand staffing requirements and partner with the right vendors. Monitor the performance of staffing partners, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of partner agreements, performance reports, and other relevant documentation
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies for partner acquisition and growth, aligned with overall business objectives
- Ability to manage a high volume of freelance engagements and staffing partnerships effectively & efficiently.. Strong understanding of compliance regulations of the global freelance market, staffing industry trends, and emerging sourcing best practices
Educational Qualifications : Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, Experience in managing and scaling freelance talent pipelines across diverse global regions.
- Familiarity with staffing solutions, vendor management, and understanding various staffing models (contract, temporary, permanent)
