Partner with Tech/Product leaders and managers to understand the business priorities and functional imperatives to drive organizational success.
Partner on strategic workforce planning, organizational design, talent development and management, with the objective of building strong and engaged teams. As a strategic partner to the leadership, provide valuable insights on talent matters and organizational effectiveness. Also, implement new initiatives or support the on-going ones.
Diagnose people engagement through regular connects and surveys. Address the gaps along with the relevant teams, through systematic solutions for both people and organizational success and timely communication with people.
Partner with central People functions like Talent Acquisition, Learning and organization Development, HR operations & Rewards to design solutions that cater to the people priorities of the assigned teams.
Reporting and analytics- Analyze and leverage relevant data and provide in-depth analysis to drive people decisions.
Develop and drive initiatives to build relevant people communities at work.
Drive the implementation/ roll out of org-wide people initiatives for the assigned teams. Initiatives include, and are not restricted to, Capability building, Learning interventions, Talent management, Benefits policies, Rewards and recognition On-boarding and new hire orientation programs
As needed, contribute towards the data integrity in systems and support the overall process compliance.
What are we looking for
7+ years of experience in the People function, primarily in people partnership roles in Technology or Product teams in a dynamic, hyper-growth paced Tech organization.
Solid understanding of people processes across the employee lifecycle.
Experience in translating business priorities into People initiatives and programs that drive value for our people and organization.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced (with many changes) environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
A strategic thinker and creative problem solver who takes initiative and ownership.
Analytical with proficiency in People metrics and reporting.
