Job Description :

We are looking for a seasoned Senior React Native Developer to lead the development of dynamic, scalable, and robust mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the React Native framework, advanced mobile development principles, and experience in building high-performing cross-platform applications.

You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless and visually stunning mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

1. App Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.

- Implement efficient and reusable components to create highly interactive and responsive apps.

2. Collaboration :

- Work with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers to translate user stories and wireframes into fully functional features.

- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure code quality.

3. Performance Optimization :

- Identify and fix performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal app performance.

- Optimize applications for various screen sizes, resolutions, and device types.

4. API Integration :

- Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party libraries for enhanced app functionality.

- Implement features like push notifications, location services, and offline capabilities.

5. Testing & Debugging :

- Develop robust test cases using frameworks like Jest, Detox, and Appium to ensure app stability.

- Debug and resolve issues across iOS and Android platforms effectively.

6. Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile app development, particularly React Native.

- Research and implement emerging tools, libraries, and best practices to enhance development workflows.

Required Skills :

Core Technical Skills :

- 3+ years of professional experience with React Native and cross-platform mobile app development.

- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices.

- In-depth understanding of React Hooks, Context API, and state management tools like Redux or MobX.

- Solid experience in developing reusable components and optimizing rendering performance.

Mobile Development :

- Strong grasp of mobile development principles for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Java/Kotlin).

- Experience with device-specific features like location services, camera integration, and gestures.

API & Backend Integration :

- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket communication.

- Knowledge of integrating third-party SDKs, such as Firebase, social logins, and analytics tools.

Performance Optimization :

- Expertise in profiling and optimizing app performance using tools like Flipper, Xcode Instruments, and Android Profiler.

- Ability to handle memory management and improve app startup times.

Testing & Debugging :

- Proficient in writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like Jest, Detox, and Appium.

- Advanced debugging skills for resolving platform-specific issues.

Version Control & Deployment :

- Strong experience with Git, including branching workflows and pull request management.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps and experience with automated build systems.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Leadership skills to guide junior developers and contribute to project architecture.

Nice to Have Skills :

- Hands-on experience with native development using Swift, Objective-C, Java, or Kotlin.

- Familiarity with advanced React Native features like Fast Refresh, Reanimated, and Hermes Engine.

- Experience with App Store and Google Play submission and release management.

- Knowledge of Firebase, including real-time databases, crash analytics, and cloud messaging.

- Understanding of Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) and hybrid app development
