Network Security Architect (7-11 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Lead the planning, design, and execution of the migration from Cisco Viptela SD-WAN to Cisco Meraki SD-WAN/SASE.

- Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure network solutions, including SD-WAN and SASE implementations.

- Develop network architecture roadmaps and strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, cloud, infrastructure) to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Meraki SD-WAN solutions.

- Work with vendors and partners to evaluate and select appropriate technologies.

- Conduct comprehensive network assessments and audits to identify potential challenges, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.

- Optimize network performance, reliability, and security through proactive monitoring and analysis.

- Configure and manage Meraki SD-WAN devices, ensuring optimal performance and security.

- Train and mentor junior network engineers on Meraki SD-WAN technologies and best practices.

- Stay updated with the latest developments in SD-WAN, SASE, cloud networking, and security technologies to ensure the implementation of best practices.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve network capabilities.

- Create and maintain detailed network architecture documentation.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in network engineering and architecture.

- Proven experience with Meraki Switches, Mist Wireless, Zscaler, Cisco Viptela SD-WAN, and Cisco Meraki SD-WAN/SASE.

- Deep understanding of SD-WAN and SASE architectures.

- Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and security principles.

- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or Meraki certifications are highly desirable.

- Experience with cloud networking concepts and technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
