As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), your role is integral to the organizations success, requiring you to leverage your extensive knowledge and experience to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements. You play a crucial role in driving technological advancements and providing subject matter expertise in Test and quality leveraging best practices across Automation and Dev-ops while overarch the manual test as well to deliver overall quality of SAP deliveries.

You are the one to lead Modernizing the existing test architecture across landscape with due implementation of best of breeds Automation frameworks together with Dev-ops pipeline integrated across available toolsets to Leverage the product capability to fullest in delivering the ROI towards organization.

You are actively involved in the delivery life cycle phases to scope test early and provide technical guidance to Automation teams, ensuring solutions align with industry best practices and standards. Troubleshooting, analyzing defects, and offering preventive actions for potential issues are also part of your daily tasks. Effective communication, both written and verbal, is crucial to report to wider stakeholders effectively in order to provide opportunity for better decisions.

In terms of strategy and roadmap, you analyze the release strategy, current landscape, goals, and challenges to suggest continuous improvement and innovation. You anticipate future hurdles and develop mitigation strategies while staying updated on relevant technologies to bring new solutions to the table.

Delivering results is a key focus, where you ensure successful technology implementation with acceptability across all hierarchies. As an individual contributor, you leverage hands-on expertise to deliver impactful results, documenting and optimizing business processes while mentoring junior team members. You will work closely with development teams, product management, and process management team to strengthen your deliveries.

You have experience in the following areas:

8+ years of experience in IT Quality Assurance for Mid to Large size enterprise deliveries preferably with SAP implementations with good exposure of Full SDLC.
Deep understanding and hands on experience in automation frameworks using Worksoft certify, Worksoft Impact, API automation, experience working on CI/CD, Jenkins, and test data management products.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for functional, regression suite.
Exposure with Performance and scalability testing. Being able to drive architecture discussions, performance optimizations and end to end improvements into the landscape.
Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous (CI CD pipeline based) and efficient end-to-end quality engineering through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies.
Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and issues, ensuing high-quality software delivery.
Experience in defining Test Strategies, Test plans and Test Management tools in varied development methodologies.
A functional and process knowledge around SAP S4 product suite (MM, R2R, MDM, FICO) will be an advantage.
