Your responsibilities As an Accounting Reporting Co-worker, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. Your responsibilities include: Accurate Invoice Processing: Ensuring that all invoices are processed with precision, minimizing errors and discrepancies.
Month-End and Year-End Activities: Taking full responsibility for closing the books at the end of each month and year, ensuring all financial activities are accurately recorded and reported.
Overseas Payments: Possessing a thorough understanding of the procedures and regulations involved in handling Foreign vendor payments.
Ledger Balance Reconciliation: Conducting monthly reconciliations of ledger balances to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records.
Global Accounting Standards: Having knowledge of and adhering to global accounting standards and best practices in financial reporting and compliance.
Monthly Management Information System (MIS) Reports: Preparing detailed monthly MIS reports and other necessary schedules to provide a clear picture of the financial status.
Bank Liaison for Payments: Coordinating with banks to manage and execute payments efficiently.
