Broad knowledge of the Marketing creative and production process Broad knowledge of Life at Home and Home Furnishing Deep knowledge concerning the relation between content writing and creative development Deep knowledge of dynamic content creation Deep knowledge of graphic copy writing Motivated by increasing customer value, and thinking customer first Energized by contributing to overall success and results through collaboration Passionate about understanding the behaviours of the many people, the local Life at Home and current Home Furnishing trends Strong creative writing and editing skills Strong digital content creation skills Your responsibilities To execute high quality and relevant content for the owned digital channels, in order to improve search engine relevance, strengthen the IKEA brand as well as increase on line visits, engagement and conversions. Act as a member of the Marketing team and proactively contribute to marketing plan/output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals Manage the process of creating Marketing content for owned + paid digital channels, ensuring that communication meets the brief and is consistent with tone of voice and brand identity Plan and execute the content strategy across multiple platforms along with the creative agency Responsible to review content ideas, manage content calendars and publish content across owned + paid digital channels Collaborate with the local marketing and customer engagement teams to develop local content solutions for the common online and CRM customer offerings Support copy-writing and editorial needs for Marketing to deliver Marketing Communication plan Measure performance of content (with performance leader) to optimize and improve KPIs Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact Contribute to the integrated multichannel executions/output of the marketing team in order to contribute to the business goals Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, be a role model of the IKEA values, and contribute to the transformation of IKEA Support all initiatives within and outside commercial included in the agreed communication plan
