Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr SAP Sales Distribution Consultant (8+ Years) located in Gurugram.
- The Consultant will be responsible for Business Process consulting, leveraging Analytical Skills for sales distribution, and providing expert Consulting services to drive Sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Business Process and Analytical Skills.
- Consulting expertise in Sales & Distribution.
- Sales experience in a technical consulting role.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with SAP Sales & Distribution modules.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
Responsibilities:
SAP SD Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP SD implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
Business Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing business processes related to sales and distribution, identify areas for improvement, and recommend and implement best practice solutions within SAP SD.
Solution Design & Development:
- Design and configure SAP SD modules to meet specific business requirements, including order management, pricing, shipping, billing, and master data management.
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Conduct workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
Functional Specification & Documentation:
- Develop functional specifications, technical documentation, and user manuals.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of SAP SD solutions.
Issue Resolution & Support:
- Provide expert support to end-users, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement effective solutions.
Integration & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI) and external systems to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
Project Management:
- Contribute to project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Knowledge Transfer & Mentoring:
- Share knowledge and expertise with team members and mentor junior consultants.
Stay Updated:
- Remain current with the latest SAP SD functionalities, industry trends, and best practices.
