Senior Consultant - SAP Sales & Distribution Module (6-9 yrs)

- We are hiring a Senior Consultant - SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) to support AMC operations.

- The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP SD and the ability to handle statutory requirements, master data management, and support user queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand and provide solutions for business requirements, statutory/taxation regulations in Sales, Distribution, Billing, and Credit Management.

- Resolve issues related to master data, transactions, configuration settings, and ABAP objects.

- Adapt and map processes to comply with changes in statutory requirements, including Union Budget adjustments.

- Ensure timely ticket resolution in line with SLAs and perform root cause analysis and documentation for critical issues.

- Document and implement change requests effectively.

- Provide training to end-users and guide them during period-end activities.

- Develop and deliver custom SAP objects as required.

Essential Requirements:

- SAP Experience: 6 to 9 years in SAP SD module.

- Team Management: Proven experience in handling teams.

- Offshore Support Projects: Supported at least 6 clients.

Technical Competencies:

- Experience in support projects using ticketing tools and maintaining proper documentation.

- Proficiency in SAP process mapping and providing solutions for standard and custom developments.

- Ability to configure, specify, test, and deliver RICEF changes or new developments.

- Expertise in data migration activities, including user guidance and support for uploads.

- Ability to resolve authorization, master data, and transactional issues.

- Provide support during period-end activities
