Consultant - SAP SD (5-9 yrs)

- We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SD Consultant with expertise in Sales, Distribution, Billing, Credit Management, and statutory/taxation requirements.

- The role involves providing solutions for end-user issues, process mapping, and support for custom developments.

- The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, domain expertise, and the ability to manage client expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Analyze and understand business requirements, statutory, and taxation needs related to sales and distribution.

- Provide solutions for user issues related to master data, transactions, configuration settings, and ABAP objects.

- Map processes to address changes in statutory requirements, including Union Budget updates.

- Offer support in line with SLAs, ensuring timely ticket closure and root cause analysis documentation.

- Create and maintain documentation for change requests and critical issues.

- Train end users and provide guidance during period-end activities.

- Develop and deliver custom objects and solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

- SAP Experience: 5 to 9 years.

- Team Handling Experience.

- Offshore Support: Supported at least 6 clients.

- Experience with ticketing tools and documentation.

Desirable Requirements:

- Education: Postgraduate/MBA preferred.

- Certifications: SAP certification is a plus.

- Industry Experience: Exposure to real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
