Regional Service Manager-West -Service/ Sales Support/ after Sales-FMCD/Consumer Durables/Consumer Electronics & Appliances Candidates must from good Consumer Durable companies can only apply.

Education -BE/B.Tech +MBA Shall be responsible to manage the direct & indirect service operations, Supervising service franchisee network

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Sales and service for West Region coordinate, responsible to mentor and support multiple teams across different regions.

- They have various duties, such as planning, budgeting, forecasting and training. Proven leadership and management skills with ability to oversee and develop service teams.

- Service Network Performance Management to deliver superior customer experience

- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable Service partners.

- Evaluating performance & monitor Service partners related activities for deeper market penetration. Assisting the service franchisees to meet their business targets and achieve profitable ROI.

- A track record of successfully addressing technical issues and reducing service call resolution times.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage with customers effectively.

- A commitment to delivering top-quality service and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. Providing necessary training to the Customer Service force regarding product knowledge, institutional dealing and customer handling.
