Ingenuity Gaming (IG) is looking for a highly experienced Head Of Game Design & Mathematics to take ownership over the end-to-end delivery of our iGaming and casino game projects:
The ideal candidate will have:-
- A proven track record in designing successful games over the last 5 years.
- A self-motivated, creative mindset with a passion for making games.
- In-depth knowledge of product roadmaps and game studio strategies.
- The ability to design engaging titles for a wide player base.
- Expertise in solving complex problems with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
- A passion for games, both as a designer and player, and a deep understanding of the casino gaming industry.
- Have strong leadership skills and a proven track record working on engaging and innovative casino games.
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Game Design & Mathematics
- Oversee game design and mathematics across multiple studios.
- Stay current with game design strategies.
- Assess and direct new game concepts and gameplay solutions.
- Define game briefs and specifications for development.
- Lead the iterative game review process, ensuring high-quality games.

Game Development
- Collaborate with producers, artists, engineers, and others throughout the development lifecycle.
- Build and maintain the product roadmap.
- Ensure product vision alignment and maintain a deep understanding of systems and procedures.
- Lead the full product lifecycle, from specification writing to feature launch.
Game Data & Analysis
- Analyze market performance data to identify future game mechanics and trends.
- Provide input on business cases and product metrics.
- Conduct due diligence assessments of internal and partner studios.
Management & Leadership
- Foster a positive, results-oriented environment within development teams.
- Mentor and coach teams, sharing ideas and providing constructive feedback.
- Manage relationships and budgets with key suppliers and partners.
- Lead by example, demonstrating sound product judgment and strategic planning.
RequirementsGame Design & Mathematics:-
- 10+ years of experience in game mathematics and design, with a focus on slot games.
- Proven success in leading and executing game designs in both online and land-based markets.
- Expertise in gambling game theory and player psychology.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Management & Leadership:-
- 3+ years of experience in team leadership and management.
- Experience working with remote teams and AGILE project management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Software Proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, JIRA, Confluence, C++, C#, Java, Python, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
General Skills
- Exceptional verbal, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Expertise in combinatorics, probability theory, and statistics.
