Area Sales Executive (FMCG)- Urgent Opening !!!

Role & responsibilities

• - Team Management: Lead and manage a team of ASEs, SOs, and TSIs to meet sales objectives efficiently.
• - Daily Sales Visits: Conduct 30-40 visits daily to dealers, retailers, or grocery stores for order collection and relationship building.
• - Order Handling: Oversee order booking, ensure smooth execution, and manage payment collections with accuracy.
• - Sales Target Achievement: Take full responsibility for achieving and exceeding sales targets in the assigned area.
• - Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and retailers to drive repeat business.
• - Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• - Reporting: Complete all assigned tasks, including preparing and submitting timely sales updates and reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• - Fluent Communication: Strong proficiency in English and Hindi, both written and spoken.
• - Mobility: Must own a bike with a valid driving license and be prepared to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• - Basic Accounting Knowledge: Ability to manage payment collections and maintain financial records accurately.
• - Adaptability: Comfortable with traveling and working in diverse market conditions.
