Position: VSR (Van Sales Representative)

Job Description:

• Driving the van and delivering products to customers according to a pre-defined route.
• Managing sales activities, including order-taking, product promotion, and up selling.
• Maintaining and expanding customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Managing inventory and ensuring the van is stocked with the necessary products.

Note: Valid Indian Light or Heavy Driving License

Salary:

Initial salary of 250 KWD until the Kuwait Driving License is issued (expected within 4 to 6 months).

The salary will increase to 490 KD, including commission, once the license is received. The salary breakdown after obtaining the license is as follows:

Basic Salary: 225 KD

Allowance: 25 KD

Commission: 240 KD

Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of marketing/sales experience in FMCG is mandatory. Gulf experience is an added advantage.

Language: Fluent in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
