Customer Support Representative - Work from Home - Night Shift - US Based Healthcare
ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join its Customer
Service Department. This position will report directly to the Customer Service Manager. A Customer Service Specialist will need to be able to analyze patient accounts and resolve any issues/orders, troubleshoot equipment problems, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a customer/patient advocate.
Ability to analyze accounts and conduct in depth research into the issue and resolve the
problem in a timely manner.
Ability to effectively utilized multiple monitors to address account issues.
Receive 50 - 60 inbound calls from current patients, referral sources or prospective patients.
Assess equipment issues and troubleshoot problems.
Provides courteous and accurate information to their callers.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with
patients.
Own, manage, escalate and resolve customer related issues and concerns.
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
SKILLS
Demonstrate knowledge and ability to communicate regarding Durable Medical Equipment.
Ability to multi-task and resolve patient inquiries daily.
Ability to communicate daily via inbound calls.
Comfortable in a fast-paced and high-growth environment, demonstrated willingness to jump
in where needed and flexibility to shift priorities; quickly assimilate information and work with minimal supervision.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Superior time management, prioritization and organizational skills and ability to juggle.
multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail and meeting hard deadlines.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
REQUIREMENTS
2 years of Customer Service work experience.
Strong analytic skills and demonstrated abilities in adapting and troubleshooting.
High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
Should be an excellent communicator.
Prior US CSR experience will be an advantage.
