Summary:As an Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in ServiceNow, you will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components, and testing efforts. Your typical day will involve working with the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design and build data center technology components, and ensure successful delivery of infrastructure projects.

Configure and customize ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.

Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, and reports.

Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow IT Service Management modules.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management modules.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components and technologies.

Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow platform.

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering infrastructure projects.
