Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Sales Distribution (SD) Consultant to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP SD processes and configuration, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Implementation and Support :

- Facilitate the successful implementation and ongoing support of SAP SD solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including MM, FI, and EWM, to ensure seamless integration.

Business Analysis :

- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex business requirements to identify optimal system solutions.

- Interpret and validate customer needs, ensuring accurate documentation.

- Map client business processes and objectives to SAP SD functionalities.

Solution Design and Configuration :

- Design, customize, and configure SAP SD modules to meet specific client requirements.

- Identify and address gaps, issues, and workarounds.

- Test configurations to ensure quality and functionality.

Troubleshooting and Support :

- Act as a liaison with clients to troubleshoot and resolve software problems.

- Investigate, analyze, and solve issues efficiently.

Taxation Expertise :

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Sales GST taxation.

- Provide technical specifications (TS) to development teams for enhancements and customizations related to taxation.

Training and Support :

- Deliver ad-hoc training to end-users as needed.

- Provide ongoing user support to address questions and resolve issues.

Independent Work :

- Work independently and self-directedly.

- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.

Business Acumen :

- Understand business processes from a customer perspective.

- Foster strong relationships with clients and team members.

Required Skills :

Technical Skills :

- In-depth knowledge of SAP SD module, including master data, sales order processing, delivery processing, billing, and pricing.

- Experience with cross-module integrations (MM, FI, EWM).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
