Roles and Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Support:

• Assist in preparing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
• Track project timelines and costs, and report deviations.

2. Site Coordination:

• Support daily site activities and resolve minor operational issues.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.

3. Vendor & Contractor Management:

• Assist in identifying and managing vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor contract execution and performance.

4. Quality Control & Safety Compliance:

• Implement quality checks and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Participate in audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.

5. Resource & Material Management:

• Assist in material procurement and inventory tracking.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and equipment.

6. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports and logs.
• Prepare reports and presentations for project reviews.

7. Stakeholder Communication:

• Support communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams for approvals and updates.
• Address and escalate concerns as required.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction processes.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of legal and safety regulations in construction.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering.
• 5-8 years of experience in civil project management or execution.

Experience in supporting infrastructure or industrial projects is preferred.
