Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Developing sales strategies: Creating and implementing strategies to increase sales in target markets
  • Setting and achieving sales targets: Ensuring sales goals are met
  • Negotiating contracts: Working with potential clients to secure contracts
  • Maintaining customer relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners
  • Market research and competitive analysis: Conducting research and analyzing competitors
  • Analysing sales data: Using sales data and reports to identify growth opportunities and improve sales representative performance
  • Coordinating sales operations: Ensuring sales processes are streamlined and sales operations run smoothly
  • Designing marketing strategies: Creating marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales
  • Being multilingual: Being able to communicate well in multiple languages is an advantage in international sale

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven Experience in Sales Strategy Development: Ability to create and implement strategies that effectively increase sales in targeted markets.
  • Achievement-Oriented: Demonstrated experience in setting and meeting ambitious sales targets, ensuring business growth and success.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills: Proven success in negotiating contracts with clients to secure profitable and sustainable deals.
  • Relationship Management Expertise: Ability to build, maintain, and nurture strong customer and partner relationships to foster loyalty and long-term business.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Skilled in conducting detailed market research and competitor analysis to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Proficient in analyzing sales data and reports to gain actionable insights, identify areas of improvement, and enhance sales team performance.
  • Operational Efficiency: Strong coordination skills to ensure smooth sales operations and streamlined processes that align with overall business objectives.
  • Creative Marketing Strategies: Ability to design and execute innovative marketing campaigns and promotions that drive customer engagement and sales performance.
  • Multilingual Communication Skills: Fluency in multiple languages is highly preferred, especially for international sales efforts, enabling effective communication with clients and partners across diverse regions.
