Java + Springboot Lead

Responsibilities
Architect and develop highly scalable, available, and fault-tolerant services.Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices.Implement advanced microservices patterns (like Saga, Event Sourcing).Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies in the team.Participate in the planning and execution of major project milestones.Handle complex problem solving in distributed systems.Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Primary skills:Technology->Java->Springboot

Additional Responsibilities:
